Real-Time-PCR, also called quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), is used to amplify and simultaneously quantify a targeted DNA molecule. Two common methods for the detection of products in Real-Time-PCR are: (1) non-specific fluorescent dyes that intercalate with any double-stranded DNA, and (2) sequence-specific DNA probes consisting of oligonucleotides that are labelled with a fluorescent reporter which permits detection only after hybridization of the probe with its complementary template sequence.
CD Genomics offers a variety of qPCR Kits and reagents suitable for high-sensitive detection systems to cater to the customer's need.

QRT001 | CD One Step qRT-PCR SYBR Green Kit | Designed for SYBR Green I-based qPCRs that directly use RNA (such as RNA virus) as templates. | ||
QRT002 | CD One Step qRT-PCR Probe Kit | Suitable for high-sensitive detection systems based on fluorescence labelled probes (i.e. TaqMan®), and enables high-sensitive total RNA detection (as low as 0.1 pg of total RNA or RNA with less than 10 copies). |
