Since long-read sequencing data analysis is a rapidly developing and advancing research area. The qualified candidate will continuously learn the latest algorithms and software to support customer-specific application needs and provide tailored solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in bioinformatics, genetics, statistics, computer science, or related fields.
- Knowledge of common algorithms, software, and databases in common sequencing and bioinformatics fields.
- Proficient in common sequencing product processes such as genome and transcriptome, and experience in data analysis of long-read sequencing projects independently is preferred.
- Collaborate with researchers, analyze and interpret experimental data, and provide statistical and other support.
- Good communication skills, conscientious and hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility towards work.
- Able to work under stress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform public database data collection, bioinformatics analysis, and mapping of experimental results according to sequencing projects and customer requirements.
- Establish and optimize standard operating procedures for bioinformatics analyses as well as develop and implement new quality control (QC) measures and algorithms in the process or analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with relevant departments within the company, and solve the problems that arise while working on sequencing services.
