Hydroxymethylated DNA Immunoprecipitation Sequencing (hMeDIP-Seq) is a genome-wide detection of hydroxymethylated regions through 5hmC-specific antibody enrichment combined with high-throughput sequencing technology. It can be widely used in the study of the relationship between hydroxymethylation and diseases and the study of hydroxymethylation in embryonic development.
