• Bioinformatics Scientist

Responsibilities

• Perform computational analysis, integration and modeling of diverse datasets, including gene and protein/peptide arrays, bulk and single-cell RNAseq.
• Perform techniques in molecular biology, applied mathematics, theoretical computer science, machine learning, and high performance computing to develop new bioinformatics analysis methods.
• Liaise with the information technology and high performance bioinformatics teams to establish, develop and maintain the necessary computational infrastructure and research tools.
• Prepare scientific manuscripts and reports.

Requirements

• PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology/epidemiology or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in bioinformatics analysis or similar data sets.
• Adequate practical knowledge of computer data analysis, database management and computer programming, and proficiency in the analysis of genomics datasets.

• Research Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct epigenomics related experiments, including but not limited to different types of genome-wide DNA methylation analysis service, DNA hydroxymethylation analysis service and chromatin analysis service.
• Responsible for technical support, literature research, etc.
• Establish new epigenomics related experiments and technology platforms.
• Support sales efforts, including pre-sales technical presentations and experimental design discussions to improve our win rate in complex sales.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, etc.
• Strong background in epigenomics technology and relevant work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to write scientific manuscripts individually.

• Service Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate status of projects clearly and concisely in verbal and written formats.
• Knowledge and experience with lab instruments.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Analyze customer requirements and needs turning them into proposals.
• Manage and quickly adapt priorities to changing needs, either for the business or customers.
• Work independently to drive completion of commitments and priorities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in epigenomics-related fields like biotechnology, molecular biology.
• Familiar with the operation of laboratory instruments and related procedures of various kits development.

• Biotechnology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build bio-technique platforms for epigenomics related experiments.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in cell biology,bioengineering,molecular biology,or other related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant biotechnology company.
• Experience in using specialized laboratory equipment to plan, execute and troubleshoot scientific experiments.
• Capability to multi-task and contribute in a challenging environment.
