| Product Description: | The CD Leukemia Translocation Panel is a multiplex, one-step RT-PCR assay capable of simultaneously detecting 11 variants of six common translocations associated with ALL, AML, and APL. Compatible with several leading multichannel real-time PCR instruments, the kit produces excellent results in just 15 minutes of operation and less than 2 hours of waiting time. The kit also offers primer-probe sets for detecting abl as a control gene and, in addition, a one-step RT-PCR equipment for molecular monitoring of individual fusion gene transcripts during treatment. |
