MicroRNAs are a group of endogenous non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression by both degrading target mRNAs and inhibiting their translation. microRNA microarray can be used to better detect the expression levels of microRNAs in different tissues and developmental periods in plants and animals, greatly facilitating the study of the biological functions of microRNAs. This has greatly facilitated the study of the biological functions of microRNAs.
CD Genomics has a state-of-the-art microarray platform that provides high-quality microRNA microarray services for all species and has extensive experience in microRNA microarray services. We provide accurate and high throughput microRNA analysis by isolating low molecular weight RNA for fluorescein labelling followed by microarray hybridisation and analysis of the results.
